Bottle from Centra Colosseum, Oslo, shared with BBGTC. Aroma is malt caramel and hints of toffee. Taste is caramel, deep malts, hints of paper and toffee. Very one-dimensional and bordering on a dunkel IMO, but not hideous.

Palme (4811) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 31, 2011
0.33l bottle from Meny Grønland, Oslo. Pours a deep dark brown body with a small big-bubbly beige head. The aroma has lots of dark malt-sweetness, caramel, smoky and beefy hints and a touch of fruits. It has a average carbonation level and a thin and watery mouthfeel. Flavors also dark malt-sweet, some nuts, caramel and thin dark fruits. Quite a nice one that really had deserved a bit more body!

Rune (12760) - Tromsø, NORWAY - OCT 14, 2011
Slim 330ml bottle picked up at Centra Colosseum in Oslo. Shared with Finn back home. A fine rusty brown shade to a clear mahogany coloured body. Small beige layer. Smell of caramel malts, slightly roasted. The caramel malts in the taste profile are joined by nuts and dried fruits. Subdued roasted bitter ending. Mid-dry and smooth. Medium to thin bodied. Well worth buying and drinking (Tromsø, 13.10.2011).
