Can thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours with a white head and a yellow body. Aroma of corn, grass and fresh sourdough bread. Taste is bitter with corn and grass, low residual sugars. Dry mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A nice and fresh American Pilsner. Birdiebeagle (958) - Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 21, 2009
Can from secret santa Merry X-mas. Pours a cloudy golden with a good white head. The head is fizzy but mostly lasting. Has fairly good lacing. Aroma is of grains, some floral and a touch of metalic. Has a dull carbonation. The flavor is okay for a pilsner. Decent malts and smooth. Has a light body. The finish and aftertaste is a touch weak. Overall a decent beer but not great. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - JUL 9, 2009
On tap a few weeks back in SLC. (Bayou). Color was a clear, golden-amber. ARoma of pale malt, grain/bread, and a bit of grass. Flavor was solid; similar flavor components. A bit more grassy hops in the flavor, but not overly hoppy overall. Good beer. Ibrew2or3 (8614) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JUN 26, 2009
Can courtesy of THE douglas88, thanks again. The can pours out a clear gold liquid with one inch off white head. The aroma comes off as having a bit of sugar malt sweetness, grains, a moderate level of floral hops and somewhat sharp hop astringency nearing a metallic note. The taste is crisp like and brings up a quick pulse of malt sweetness. The hops and modest grain note ride to midway and then to the finish with floral hop flavor and a pretty decent load of hop bitterness that seems a bit harsh and astringent.

A bonus from the man named douglass88. Looks like this has been a bonus for a lot of your trades recently my friend. It’s ok, spread the czech pilsener love. Pours a very pale yellow but don’t let that fool you, this is no wimpy lager. Aroma is light toasted grain, bread, some grassy and floral notes, quite refreshing actually. There is more body to this than you would expect. A sweetness that is nice followed by some grassy and earthy hops. All in all, not bad. emacgee (4675) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - MAY 29, 2009
Thanks douglas08. Pours a translucent pale yellow with a two finger frothy white head. The nose is sweet, bready, malty, grassy. Flavor is smooth and easy, mild sweetness, some grassy hops. Hay. Smooth well carbonated palate. Tasty. bhensonb (15191) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 26, 2009
Thanks to douglas88 for this can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a stiff white head. Aromas of light citrus and grassy hop over light malt. A bit bready. Medium body with very substantial carbonation - but a soft lush carbonation. Flavor is lightly fruity and nicely bitter. Between the aroma and the flavors it’s a beer that makes a statement. Finishes mellow and mildly bitter. Competes well with the OB pils. Cept the can’s not so flashy. DalzAle (2037) - Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA - APR 15, 2009
Can. Clear straw colored pour, a little carbonation and a light banana/fruity aroma. Flavor is light malts, some honey sweetness and finishes a little bitter (but in a good way) on the aftertaste. A solid BBQ beer for summer. riversideAK (6261) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - APR 15, 2009
Super cool 12 oz can from douglas88. Thanks man! Got to love switching it up now and then straying from my never ending quest at big beer fame on the internet. Anyways, this stuff was nice. Soft sweet aromas of bread. A touch of crisp peppery hops. Pours light gold with nice bubbles and a thin pils looking head. Bready, lightly sweet, very crisp snappy finish. Just well done and easy drinking. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Enjoyable.
