COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our full bodied amber colored lager is a result of combining our fine Pils malt with more darkly roasted malt to brew what has become our most popular beer. Slightly more hoppy than our other beers with a very clean and crisp finish. This beer is hard to put down.

12oz can from Douglass88. Mostly clear vibrant amber with a decent off white heat. Fairly light malt, bready with some yeast, corn and lightly sweet. Mild body and carbonation, bit doughy, somewhat sweet, not a fan of the aftertaste that leaves a bad macro lager over the palate.

UPDATED: JAN 19, 2013 Bread crust-like malt aroma and flavor. A little sweet, some light caramel, with some lager yeast character (sulfur is the best descriptor I can think of... But that sounds bad).

Hazy golden color with a short lived white head out of the can. Thin, winey nose. Lots of water, wet grains and some cardboard. The finish has a stale lemon citrus note. Really not very good.

bread, floral, golden, hazy, frothy, initial lightly bitter, finish medium sweetness, light body, thin feel, sticky, average carbonation

arondee (601) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - AUG 24, 2012
Pours a red amber color with a huge white head that lasts forever and ever.....and ever. Aroma is malts, corn, yeast. The taste is slightly fruity with a little bit of a metallic, watery aftertaste. It’s very light and tastes a step above a flavored water. It’s OK I guess, not really offensive but not a great beer.

Can from a generous trader. Pours reddish orange with white head. Nose/taste of bready malt, spicy biscuit, light toast and hints of pine. Clean. Medium body.

Light spicy aroma, light creamy malty flavor, thin body. You could almost float a balloon with this.

Draft. Hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma of spiced biscuits. Taste is malty brown bread. Nice.

coolpop (1394) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - MAY 23, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 31, 2012 Can. Pours amber with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are grainy and a bit sour with an odd sweetness. Expected more caramel. Mildly hopped.

Golden yellow pour with white head. Aroma of sour corn and sugar. Light maltiness, paper, with a decent floral bitter finish. Light bodied with good carbonation. This beer is not bad. The initial aroma kinda got me but on the third or fourth try not so bad.
