COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our full bodied amber colored lager is a result of combining our fine Pils malt with more darkly roasted malt to brew what has become our most popular beer. Slightly more hoppy than our other beers with a very clean and crisp finish. This beer is hard to put down.

On tap a few weeks back in SLC. (Bayou). Color was orangeish/amber. Aroma of pale malt with a bit of earthiness and sweetness. Flavor was bready with a nice peppery hop finish. Solid for the style.

12oz can pours a clear, dark gold with some creamy, white head. Nose has yeast, grist, honey. Flavor follows, yeast, honey, flowers, orange, dough. Finishes dry. Not terrible.

On tap at The Bayou. Pours a dark amber with a decent white frothy head. The aroma is mostly weak malts and fruit. The taste is pretty light; some sweet malts and grains, some hops, and a bit of roasted and fruit flavors. OK.

Straight from the can in Salt Lake. Thats a strange tasting vienna. It really doesnt have much of a malt or hop note but instead an almost tart flavor. Not offensive, just odd for the style. Refreshing.
