A bit malty aroma.Taste is a bit sweet.Easy drinkable lager. CaptainCougar (7133) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - SEP 26, 2011
330 ml can shared by Travlr: Pours a clear pale golden with a stringy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with some grassy noble hops. Starts with a mild pale malty sweetness and decent bittering hop balance, but pretty uninteresting. Not offensive and has decent drinkability. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 29, 2011
330mL can courtesy of Travlr. The pour is a clear straw with a diminishing white head. Nose is macro lager grainy, sugary candies, fresh apple juice. Taste is inoffensive: sweet, sugary, mild pineapple fruitiness, mild soap. Not too bad actually. Germantanker99’s rating of this might be an all time RB classic. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - AUG 28, 2011

Pale and clear yellow, large white head that settles quickly. Aroma of soapy straw. Taste is bitt straw. Very light. Better in hot weather, I assume. espenra (1015) - Kurland, NORWAY - MAY 23, 2010
33cl can at Bushman’s Rock. 4.2 abv. It poured a golden yellow colour with an enormous white foamy head. Aroma is a bit malty with notes of grass and wet cardboard. Flavour is a tad bitter. Carbonated. Notes of grains, grass and wet cardboard again. Just another lager, but at least I can check off another beer from an uncommon country.

Smells sweet with a hint of hops. Looks like an average beer, but the head is nice and foamy. Tastes sweet and fruity, a bit of hops, but not overpowering. The finish is not too sweet. It’s a pretty good sweet lager, not great, but all right. RblWthACoz (964) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - SEP 8, 2007
Had a few of these while I was in Zimbabwe. Pours a clear straw color. Minimal head and the same with the nose. Flavor was bland to say the least. Perhaps my opinion is lower because I had some Zambezis at the same time, which carry a bit more flavor. Either way, I wasn’t overly impressed as you can tell from the ratings and have to say it was my least favorite beer out of my recent Africa trip. omhper (25128) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - DEC 18, 2005
Bottled. Pale yellow, small creamy head. Some spicy hops up front. Light-medium bodied with clean mouthfeel and low bitterness. Flawless, but very typical tropical lager.
