COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We named this beer “Fair dig” which is Irish slang for “fair fight.” Our rendition of the classic style, this beer is Irish through and through! We started with a base malt from Irish Malting Company then using noble hops and Irish ale yeast to give this beer it’s traditional Irish character. It has a nice caramel-malt sweetness balanced with the dry character of the roasted barley. Cheers!
