Clear dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is heavy raspberry, tart raspberry, sweet raspberry, and more raspberry, moderate funky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, sour, autumn raspberry, sweet raspberry, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20170510]

Bottle at De Prael, Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Clear red with a pink head. Aroma of fresh try raspberry, lovely raspberry jam and citric tartness. Flavour is light sweet and above moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. So fruity! [24/06/2017]

Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces Homebrew market. Hazy deep pink/red with barely any head. Massive raspberries with soft funk, hay, red berries, light sharp lemon, soft sweet cherries. Medium sour, light sweet and really light bitter. Low carbonation. Really fruity and really really enjoyable.

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2017 Bottle pour at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017 Homebrew Market @ De Prael. Hazy red with no head. Massive raspberries, black currant, cherries, light lactic. Rich fruity sweetness with a strong fresh fruity sourness drilling through. Mild almond like nutty bitter. Over medium body and soft fizzy carbonation. Great stuff.
