[ Bottle #22/72 ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy banryard, manure, leather, horse blanket, grapes, wood, grapefruit - lemon. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, manure, barnyard grapes, grapefruit - citric, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20170930]

Bottled. Pours slightly hazy amber with an average off-white head. Aroma of citrus, barnyard, funk and apples. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up being dry and tart. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and average carbonation. An excellent Lambic.

(375ml B1 bottle @ Koelschip, Copenhagen, July 5/17) Pours clear to cloudy pale orange with a towering eggshell head and clumps of lace. Nose of peach, orange, grapefruit, green apple, grape skins, wet earth, vermiculite, hay and moderate wood. Flavour is soft, well-blended, a little tart and semi-dry but with very low bitterness, plush notes of pit fruit and citrus, slight grape, floral, moderately funky and earthy, a little drying wood into the close, lingering citrusy notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Lovely little sipper.
