COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just as the Breton tiskell that represents earth, water and fire, Bolée d’Armorique allies in harmony the elements of a preserved nature and the powerful spirit of a tradition selfishly protected Typical and tasty, the Bolée d’Armorique L. Raison is made in the heart of Armorican Brittany. It is made out of 100% pure first press Breton juices.

Leighton (22550) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 15, 2016
Bottle at home in London - sourced from Kris Wines. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, effervescent, with a light, creamy white head. Ripe, sweet apples in the aroma, some apple sauce, light musty peel. Medium sweet flavour with ripe, gooey apple notes, faint cutting tartness, a little lemon, honey. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Clean on the finish, sweet but not cloying, with more mellow tartness, just a hint of apple skin dryness, low bitterness, faint melon. Delicious stuff. Quite refreshing.
