16 ounce can. Opaque brown black color. Dense foamy tan head. Rich mocha malt nose. First sip is roasted malt, bittersweet chocolate and maple syrup. Silky mouthfeel. As the brew warms, notes of coffee and smoke emerge. Earthy, chocolatey, burnt sugar notes in finish. Quite tasty.

Sampled on tap at the mile. Dark brown shade, nearly black. Medium to fuller body with a slight stickiness. Smell and taste of bacon meat, complex hickory, chocolate, dark fruit and maple syrup. Coffee comes out as it warms. Maybe a touch hot but overall this wasn’t that bad. Much preferred this to the Tuckahoe brown we tried in the same sitting. pineypower (3353) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - OCT 23, 2016
Can, much thanks to Dave. pours out an almost black color with a small off white to tan head. Aroma is of some chocolate, light roast coffee, sweet syrup, toast. Taste is solid, much similar to the aroma, sweetened coffee, light chocolate, some mild smoky notes, light syrupy sweetness. Pretty solid.

16oz can from can’t behave Dave! Thanks bro! Was kinda weird when you asked "will you mount me?" And then I was "WTF did you say bro??" And you were like "ummm... I said do you want a can of moountie?". Anyhoo pours a dark brown almost black color with a frothy finger of tan head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee grounds, newspaper, smoked malts, and a hint of maple syrup. Taste mimics the nose, but coffee notes are a bit more sour. Aftertaste reminds me of maple sausage links. Pretty decent. dmac (6646) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - OCT 1, 2016
Tallboy can from my 1st trip ever to Farmingdale Liquors. Poured a good looking solid dark black body under a dense creamy light beige head. Aroma was dry chocolate powder, light coffee, maple, dark toast. Flavor was similar but add in light smoke that was more of a distraction than an addition. Body is scratchy and big, needs to be smoother.
