Bready, biscuity flavor with a hint of toffee and floral hops. Medium-light body borders on thin. Sweetness balanced by a firm bitterness. Medium carbonation and somewhat minerally. UPDATED: OCT 3, 2011 Bottle. Deep brown in colour. Restrained but appealing aroma. Medium body with reasonably full very dry but perhaps a bit metallic finish. Pleasant and refreshing well made Altbier, but doesn’t set the world alight.
