Hazy light amber. Lots of biscuit malt character, refined, bit Saison like. Nice. Taste is even better, quite bitter, very well integrated. Smooth very drinkable body, really great mouthfeel. (50cl bottle from Bière Révolution) freretoc (1935) - Besançon, FRANCE - MAY 1, 2017

Bottle in Metz in July’16. Hazy golden pour with white head. Both aroma and taste are somewhat flat, malts and some yellow fruits. Sympathetic small brewery but their beers might add some more character (like most French craft breweries do to me). CaptainTilven (191) - Nancy, FRANCE - JUN 11, 2016
Tasted at temperature from 8,9 to 10,6°C. Orange amber hazy body, headed by a splendid white foam, very fine, looking like snow. Aroma of bitter orange, mango, tangerine, flower, dough, clove, candied fruit - apetising and subtle. Begins with malt with a hint of honey; fine underlaying bitterness, a touch of chocolate. Well balanced, very interesting. Quite well matching spicy indian meals but of course very nice by itself !
