COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This West Coast style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valleys most bonafide hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial & Chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a "hop head", hop on!!!

Draught at Gourmet Haus. Pours a clear olde gold with moderate white head. Triple C hopping is always a winner, and this has a seductive florals and moderate citrus aroma. Flavor picks up white cracker malt along with the hops. Flavor is more restrained, but pleasant.
