COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This West Coast style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley’s most bonafide hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial & Chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a "hop head", hop on!!!

On tap at St Augustine’s in Vancouver. A medium amber ale with moderate white head and a faint citrus hop nose. First impression? Absoflippinlutely delicious, especially for a pale ale! Noticeable and delicious citrus hop note, but malt forward. Great balance. 4

Thanks a ton, Frank! This was poured into a becher pint glass. The appearance was a murky orange color with a thin cap of a little white foamy head. Not much lace, but what was there, slid into the beer. The aroma had some sweet to bitter grassy/floral/herbal grapefruit pulp and rind tones over a stiff piney hop backbone. Malts seemed there, but quaint and smooth. The flavor brought on the sweetness of the blend of hops to malts. Aftertaste was hop coated maltiness. Finish was semi-sticky but with a good sturdy sliding eloquence. The palate was medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt as projected. Hop abrasion doesn’t occur and a helpful smoothness seemed to let the hops just slide over my tongue. Overall, damn good APA, West coast styled to the fullest and would love to have another one if I could get it again! Frank you rock, man!

KeyKeg (TCBW2017) (6-:4:6+:4:13=3.2)
Starchy caramelly sweet aroma, fruity and stanky hops, rather sweet. Misty pale orange, tight head settles to a ring. Starchy caramelly malts in the taste too, citrussy fruity hops. Medium body, gentle carbonation. Finish continues the taste, sweet and fruity. Moderately drinkable, and there’s no sign of any alcohol at all. Typical modern IPA, a bit APA-ey, but drinkable.

Growler. Gold in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of mock orange blossom, pale malt, and a bit of grapefruit peel. The hop flavors have a mandarin orange and lime like quality, and blend well with the snappy pale malt and sharp bitterness. Very refreshing.
