Growler from 2015. So I think their IPA and IIIPA are good. Where does this stand? Slightly darker amber color, chewy caramel malts with notes of grapefruit and citrus. Sweeter and thicker than expected. It never really showcases the hops and was a letdown from an otherwise excellent brewer. Ataraxia (536) - California, USA - SEP 15, 2016
Deep amber gold color, clear, and a frothy rice-yellow colored head. Fresh pine, resin, caramel malt. Fairly sharp and bitter taste. Lively but oily in texture, along with a medium body. Good bit of booziness in the long finish for a DIPA. 78samh (287) - Olympia, Washington, USA - AUG 26, 2016
Growler pour into a frosty pint looks like clear, gold and delicious. Aroma is strong tropical fruit hops and booze. Sweet taste with major hoppyness and balanced bitterness. Great IIPA!

(Yellow session). Orangeish amber colour, small slightly off-white creamy head. Aroma is sweet malts along with some nectar and mild floral and grassy notes as well. Flavour is pine, some tropical fruits, mild citrus as well as some nectar, honey and also rather bitter grassy notes. Smooth and surprisingly easy to drink considering the high abv.
Slightly hazy golden/copper hue with a foamy ivory head. Lovely and pungent hop nose that’s dank and tropical but also earthy and floral. Lots of melon and pine and citrus pith in the aroma. Big bright citrusy flavor that’s clean and a little grassy, but also has a smooth passion fruit and melon undertone that’s semisweet and bright and pale malty. Bright and citrusy and tropical (passion fruit and grains of paradise mostly with a touch of grapefruit). Gerbeer (3753) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 8, 2016
On tap. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with moderate head. Aromas of stoned fruit, gummy bears and sweet malts. Flavors of candied fruit, orange marmalade, resin and doughy sweet malts. Sweet and fruity. Great stuff. ajnepple (6622) - Denver, Colorado, USA - AUG 1, 2016
On tap at Hops & Pie. Clear, medium to dark gold appearance with a lacy white head. Somewhat mild hop aroma, fruity, juicy and piney with hints of toasted grain. Similar flavor, adding moderate bitterness and mild sweetness with a light resinous hop finish. Medium plus body. Solid IPA overall. Oakes (17676) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 30, 2016
Earthy, sweet citrus, lots of pale malt. Very sweet, lots of grapefruity bitterness, hit of alcohol late but ends up more on the sweet side. beerplace (1701) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 28, 2016
