From notes. On draft at Hunahpus Day 2016 in Tampa on March 12. The pour is a brighter orange/amber color with a smaller off-white colored head that fades quickly, leaving a pretty good lace behind. The aroma is pretty good. There is a lot of citrus and pine happening immediately. If you work at it, you can pick up some grassy hop behind the piney resin. Its got a little floral presence before making its way back to the citrus. There is also a pretty hefty malt backbone on this one. It smells clean, but its lacking a decent crispness. The flavor is pretty interesting also. The malts are pretty big, but they do well not controlling the flavor. There is a good hop presence from a couple dimensions, mostly in the fruity and piney aspects. There is a lingering dankness to this one that you didnt pick up in the smell. The mouth feel is great. Its light and crisp with a medium carbonation and a lingeringly hoppy, dryly bitter finish. It starts off a little questionable, and then finishes strong.
