At the moment, my favorite beer. It's really hard to find locally, but the thirsty hop started carrying it. Gotta find more time/excuses to stop by there. They even do growler fills for it

My first review will be for my favorite IPA to date. Like at first sniff, love at first sip. The hoppy nose, the citrus grapefruit notes, the way it coats your mouth with delicious hops fruit flavors with just the right amount of maltiness and bitterness ...this beer is fantastic.

liquidhedonism (289) - Beaverton, Oregon, USA - NOV 30, 2014
On tap at New Seasons in Beaverton, OR. Aroma: malty and dank, with hints of bread and barnyard. Taste/Palate: crisp; starts sweet, and finishes bitter.

Drinks like a double ipa. I don’t knw the ibu or alc content, but this is a big beer. Big carb bite and citrusy hop punch with full body. Can’t go wrong, excellent brew!

asteele8 (322) - Des Moines, Washington, USA - JAN 10, 2013
On tap. Pours an orange amber color with a nice off-white head. Aroma is big grapefruit, citrus, pine resin, and cookie dough malt. Flavor is grapefruit, tangerine, pine resin, blood orange, and caramel. On the palate the beer is medium bodied with generous carbonation. Finishes dry with no hints of alcohol. Excellent IPA, balanced and very tasty.

lupulicious (30) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 25, 2011
On tap @ Horse Brass. Huge aroma w/ citrus & pineapple. One sniff of the taster sample and I knew that I’d order this instead of the fresh-hop beer they had on the list. Mouthfeel is heavier than you’d expect at this ABV. Caramel color & flavor, very well-balanced. Minimal head & lace. Light carb. Another great beer from Boneyard.

Strong Aroma of citrus and pine. Medium gold and slightly cloudy. Really wonderful fruity hoppy taste. Leaves a very pleasant aftertaste. I would add this to one of my favorite IPAs.

hopwine (670) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - MAR 5, 2014
Light, hazy golden, bright white head. Aroma is honey, citrus, grass. Flavor begins with pine/resin bitterness, which leads to softer, pineapple and faint mango, ending in dry, grainy sweetness and a light bitterness that tapers off. Everything I look for in an ipa, tons of hop flavor, ample bitterness without being overdone, medium-light malt backbone that supports without contributing too much sweetness. Dry without being overly so. Definitely a benchmark west coast ipa.

amazing ipa - balanced, smooth, delicious. dried flowers and citrus oil aroma with a hint of sweet pine. layers of hoppy deliciousness on the palate with a nice balance of toasty malt, and an incredible mouthfeel. goes down so smooth. definitely sessionable.

Great Beer. No off flavors. Hoppy but not bitter. Definitely one of the best beers on the west coast. Can’t wait to see what else they pump out.
