COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Raspberry lambic was once a rarity and only produced for a few weeks during the summer. Frank Boon was the first brewer to again prepare a raspberry lambic in the summer of 1976. More than 300 grams per liter of fresh raspberries give Framboise Boon a fresh fruity taste. The young lambic supports the flavor. But this is very much about raspberries, not the lambic. Of course we do not use artificial flavorings, only real raspberries. Boon Framboise has an alcohol volume of 5%. Drink it when it is young.

Piwo klarowne w kolorze czerwonym nalewa sie z obfita lekko rozowa sredniopecherzykowa piana. Maliny, niezbyt intensywne dzikie nuty gdzies w tle, malo kwasne a raczej moze odrobine slodkie bez goryczki z wysyceniem na srednim poziomie.

More raspberry drink than beer. Raspberries at sweet with the lambic in the shadows. Nice texture and the flavour is authentic but it's too fruity and sweet.

Backlog, bottle, pours a clearish red with a white/pink head. Notes of acid polish, off fruit, raspberry, and sweet soda pop. Became too sweet for me by the end. Prefer other lambic or New Galurs fruit beers .

This bottle i think was rotten. Aroma is sour, rotten raspberries. Bad beer, I drunk it really hard. Was a bad presentation to my relatives, when showing them lambic for the first time. No sweetness, no sourness, it was bitter, smell metalic and taste was totaly shitty rotten. No head. One of the worst beers ever. I think there was something bad to this beer, couldnt believe it is that bad, even with such 91 points overall in ratebeer.com

Bottle at home. Pours deep red with a pinky white lasting head. Faint aromas of tart raspberries. Sweet & tart raspberries on the taste. Dry then sweet, tart fruity finish. Medium body, spritzy carbonation. Very approachable, not particularly sour. An entry fruit lambic

375 ml bottle,bb 03/03/2019. Deep red, opaque. Off white head, dissipating quickly,no lacing. Intense raspberries aroma. The same taste - freshly picked, acidic raspberries. Tart finish. Very winy beer.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2017 Birra simile ad un vino. Al naso si proponhomo subito le note fruttate dei lamponi. In bocca si propongono subito i lamponi e le ciliege accompagnati da una piacevole nota acida

Nice balance, tasty raspberries, pleasant sourness. For me too little lambic character, but very accessible and drinkable.

Malinowe, truskawkowe, delikatnie słodkie, delikatnie kwaśne, odrobinę cierpkie, odpowiednio nagazowane, zbyt mało dzikie - takie jest to piwo. W sumie może być.
