COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kriek Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sourcherries and almonds. With only 4% of alcohol it is a perfect summer beer.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2018 Aroma is fresh cheries and subtle almond milk. Taste is tart amd sweet chery juice with subtle hints of malt and yeast. Cherries in the after. Light body, fizzy carbonation amd very refreshing. Not bad for the style.

Colore rosso, schiuma poco persistente. Aromi predominanti di ciliegia. Al palato ciliegia. Finale secco, carbonazione quasi assente.

LazyPyro (1813) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 24, 2017
375ml bottle, 2015 vintage. Pours a deep reddy purple colour with a thin quickly dissipating pink head. Aroma dominated by sweet cherries. Taste of sweet cherries, some sour/tartness balancing it out, rather dry crisp finish, nice that it doesn't have that cloying syrupy sweetness you get in some fruit lambics. Light body, well carbonated. Nice and refreshing, enjoyed this one.
