3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. The pour was a murky dark cranberry red with a very small (almost non-existent) light pink fizzy head that was fully diminishing in just a few seconds and had no lacing to speak of.
The aroma was all about the cherries with a mild caramel malt and a sweet yeast and had a hint of candi-sugar and a slight sour odor.
The taste was abundantly sweet and a tad acidic with a very big cherry presence throughout, with the finish having a hint of candi-sugar and a nice mellow tartness towards the end. The flavor hung on for a decent duration with the sweet-tart cherry taste fading ever so slowly.
Mouthfeel was just a tiny bit beyond light in body and somewhat watery in texture with a soft mellow carbonation.
Overall a nice fruity tart Lambic that was extremely drinkable, reminds me a little of a Sour Cherry Jolly Rancher...
UPDATED: OCT 18, 2017 375ml corked bottle from The Grumpy Goat, Reading. Red colour with pink head. Big sweet slightly funky cherry, big cola bottle Haribos, cherry yoghurt, cherry cola, some light tartness and barnyard funk. Too sweet and not enough tartness / funk, enjoyable if you treat it like some cherry soda alcopop with lambic elements but a bad example of the style. Godfather50 (247) - SCOTLAND - OCT 17, 2017
Beer taster in Mels Craft Beer, Vienna. I'm sure this is a gantastic lambic but not really for me. Sweet cherry and beer bit like a cherry cola. The ABV not high enough to pep up the taste buds. Mariox (291) - Warsaw, POLAND - OCT 14, 2017

Never hurts when you rate a 15 year old bottle of something. 2002 vintage, 750ml bottle pours a murky amber with some creamy, white head. Nose has a bit of cork, wet cardboard, some raspberry and cherry. Flavor is nicely balanced, some sweet cherry juice, not too much acid or funk, mild cheese. Finish still have a touch of sweetness but otherwise medium bodied. Leighton (22027) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 1, 2017
Bottle shared at the Cad's leaving do - big thanks to the man himself. Vintage 2002! Mild gusher. Pours clear pink-gold with a ton of sediment, effervescence, a tight creamy head. Lots of dried cherries, a little wood, mellow funk and lemon. Light sweet flavour with lightly tangy cherries, minimal bitterness, soft woody dryness. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, more juicy-tangy cherries, mild aged wood. Good stuff.

April 2016. I liked it. Not as sweet as the lambic we normally drink.
Sorry, I had to upload these old ratings. They were for me, not for uploading. And also I need 75 characters, hence this sentence.

Clear, red. Aroma: sweet cherries. Light body, medium sweetness, lightly sour. Quite a lot wilderness in taste. Tomawaky (1) - - SEP 7, 2017 does not count
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2017 Goût cerise très prononcé, mais passe très bien si on est réfractaire à ce genre de bière. PhillyCraft (7714) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 6, 2017
Backlog, Bottle, clearish red with smaller head. Notes of sweet cherries, cherry syrup, vinegar, acid and dark fruit funk. Cloyingly sweet like a lot of the boon stuff I have tried. Not a big fan.
