Foeder #104.
CanIHave4Beers (4226) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - OCT 4, 2017

Pours still with a light haziness. It's a blond color, cooooooooool.
The aroma is certainly woody and funky as expected but has a really nice fruit component of pears and some raspberry. No doubt it smells like a limestone basement after a heavy rain, but yeah dude... strawberries too!
The flavor is pretty mild for an oude Lambic, I mean it's tart and certainly dry... the fruit component is more like unripe strawberries which is way cool, I mean the beer is awesome, it's just really mild too. Maybe that's the beauty.
The mouthfeel is sharp but (of course) a little dull due to lack of carbonation, but it's not really watery or awfully light. It's nice... but a little dull.
This is a wonderful example of unblended lambic
On tap at the "Kiselo Druženje". 2YO, Foeder #67, 6.5%. Hazy golden body... Remarkably malty aroma really, with some funk, dry and sweetish. Eh? Light, soft funky taste, just about as sweet as it's sour. Lemony, slightly flat. Actually quite tasty, but one of the least sour unblened lambics that I've tried really. Hmmm. fombe89 (4035) - Asturias, SPAIN - SEP 13, 2017

Tomada como Foeder #02
Color amarillo corona de espuma blanca, aromas acidos, sabor acido cuerpo ligero.
As Foeder #104. Imbibed at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Dark gold pour. Nose of red apple, apricot, cinnamon. Flavours of sultana, baked apple, lemon curd, just a whisper of funk. Good.

Foeder # 78
Keg at the earl of Essex. As Foeder #97 6.5%. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a fading fine white head. Aroma is subdued spicy sour, apple, hints of caramel and woody apricot. Palate is super dry woody tannin, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Flavour is composed of tangy sour, green apple, fruit skin, mellow lacto sour, grape must, yogurt funk. . Tart. Lacks an extra layer of depth. Xolid. Stew41 (2081) - Phuket, THAILAND - AUG 12, 2017
Surprisingly easy going. Pongy wine notes & some apricot concentrate but no bristling searing acid at all. If anything the palate is heavy, particularly the fruit, but I was of course expecting some acid to provide some lift. Typical of the style? Gravity at GBBF 2017. Hazy golden amber beer with no head. Nose is funky, sour, acidic, lemons, musty grain, tart, urine, leather. Taste is tart, sour, funky, lemons, citrus acidic, little white wine vinous. DavidSvinth (270) - DENMARK - JUL 31, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 24, 2017 Smagt på ølmuseet i Brügge. Rå lambik er ikke min kop øl. Det bliver for fladt og surt. Sorry.
