Enjoyed via a bottle from the cellar. Pours a hazy orange gold with a medium white head with some lacing. Smell is very acidic with a slight sulfuric tinge. Taste also has some of that same sulfur/natural gas edge but tart, almost salty and very sour. It is also so sour it almost feel like it is dehydrating you and has a dryer finish as well with a tart, grapefruit juice and milk combo finish. A very complex beer to taste - a lot going on here.

Bottle at home (2012). Pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Tart aroma of lemons, wood, barnyard, funk. Taste is moderate sour, light sweet hint, light bitter towards the end. Soft carbonation, tart lemon wood aftertaste. Nice.

Aroma is rather bland, not much there at all. Taste is very delicate, dry, funky, and with a mellow tartness. Excellent.

2013 vintage. Hazy honey gold. Stinky cheese yeast. Tart but very good by my amateur gueze standards. A little light (watery) finish but I like the subtleness and how its not overwhelming. Cool.

Barwa pomarańczowa, delikatny osad, piana drobna, gęsta. Szybko opada. Słabo oblepia szkło. W aromacie stajnia, trochę cytrusw, agrest. Wszystko wyraźne i intensywne. W smaku kwaśne, owocowe, agrestowa goryczka na finiszu. Bardzo przyjemne, orzeźwiające. Alkohol nie wyczuwalny.

W aromacie zdecydowanie zagroda wujaszka z Roztoki, wyraźna obora i skra. Mętne, pomarańczowe, z osadem i fajną pianą. Fajne.

Bottle - Nice citrus and white grape funk. Cleanish gold with a rich white head. Funky, light citrus, white grape and apple. Fantastic for the vintage and price.

Piwo koloru złotego, idealnie klarowne, z białą nietrwałą pianą. W aromacie stajnia, białe winogrona, agrest, zielone jabłko, lekki ocet. W smaku kwaśne, cierpkie, lekko gorzkawe, orzeźwiające, winne. Niezłe.

Hay and stable in the aroma. Ugly foam. Sour but also bitter. Not bad. Good starter for someone who does not like lambic beers.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2017 (Vintage 2013) Pours amber with a small but lasting white head. Lot of carbonation. Winey aroma, sour and fruity. Can taste lemon, yogurt, cider, grapes peel and some wood. Very complex. Yogurt lingers til a very dry finish, zero sweetness and booze that heats up quickly. Carbonation is high, body is medium, and I?m loving it!
