Bottle, deeper golden pour. Funky aroma, earthy, lemony notes. Sweet, yet funky and sour. Lemony acidity. Citrus pith. Lighter funk. Training wheel gueuze

2012 bottle. Beautiful beer, true gold with big white head. Smells pretty funky, lots of wood. Great palate, really coats the tongue in sour funk. Very dry and woody, slight tannic character. Blue cheese flavours.

Aroma of apple, honey and leather. Pours a cloudy amber with a very small white head. Taste of honey and tart apple with a sourness. Refreshing, crisp and very drinkable.

Hazed, pale strawy orangy yellow, white head. Aroma sour apples, leather, hay, lighlty friuty. Taste sour, cider, friuty seetness, white vine, quite dry, earthy notes, seetness of the malt coming through, orange zest. Sour aftertaste. Medium body, nice balanced.

Aromat - jabłka, skra, nuty opiekane, drewniane, lekko octowa, po zamieszaniu wyszły kwaśne wiśnie; kwaśny. Piana - drobna, ecru, niezbyt obfita. Początkowo ściągająca kwaśność drewniana, potem gładkie na języku. W smaku podobnie jak w aromacie, drewno, skra i cytrynowa kwasota. Po kilku łykach czuć minimalne rozgrzewanie w przełyku. Goryczka średnio niska.

Barwa jasno złota, lekko mętne. Aromat umiarkowanie intensywny, dzikie: wyprawiona skra, siano i lekko stajnia, do tego kwaśne jabłka, winogrona. W smaku stonowana kwaśność, nuty dzikie i owocowe, z cierpkim finiszem. Fajnie zbalansowane, z ułożoną dzikością.

bottle, thanks to kappldav123! Hazy pale strawy yellow, mid-sized fluffy white head. Tart at the beginning, not too sour, though. Shy citrusy hints and a touch of barnyard. Clean and tart.

Hazed or cloudydepend on how much you pour into the glass. Fine white head that ends up as a layer. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine smooth carbonation level. Quite dry and a pleasant acidity. Green apples, wood and citric flavor. Really nice and tasty stuff.

Pithy, mildly acidic nose, heaps of grapefruit tartness with light brown sugar, decent oak character and a medium dry finish. Delicious aged lambic.
