I agree with the Commercial Description: sparking and refreshing. If I wasnt sparked up enough, I had the pleasure to try this with Duff in some pub under London Bridge on southside the name of which is not so important right now. Tart and the bit of the blue cheeze thats been sitting in the olive juice on the snack tray and all the Jatz are gone so Ive gone and used my unwashed hands straight to the mouth despite the rags I may or may not be on right now. Beautiful geuze, beautiful company.

2012 bottle. Beautiful beer, true gold with big white head. Smells pretty funky, lots of wood. Great palate, really coats the tongue in sour funk. Very dry and woody, slight tannic character. Blue cheese flavours.

Barwa jasno złota, lekko mętne. Aromat umiarkowanie intensywny, dzikie: wyprawiona skra, siano i lekko stajnia, do tego kwaśne jabłka, winogrona. W smaku stonowana kwaśność, nuty dzikie i owocowe, z cierpkim finiszem. Fajnie zbalansowane, z ułożoną dzikością.

Botella 37.5 cl en cimmeria 26..12..2016. (r1265). Ao 2012. Color amarillento algo turbio con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores intensos y finos cidos secos con ligeras maltas y cereales. Amargo suave final bien combinado con acidez. Cuerpo medio seco y con gas. Para repetir.

Aromat - jabłka, skra, nuty opiekane, drewniane, lekko octowa, po zamieszaniu wyszły kwaśne wiśnie; kwaśny. Piana - drobna, ecru, niezbyt obfita. Początkowo ściągająca kwaśność drewniana, potem gładkie na języku. W smaku podobnie jak w aromacie, drewno, skra i cytrynowa kwasota. Po kilku łykach czuć minimalne rozgrzewanie w przełyku. Goryczka średnio niska.

Hazed or cloudydepend on how much you pour into the glass. Fine white head that ends up as a layer. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine smooth carbonation level. Quite dry and a pleasant acidity. Green apples, wood and citric flavor. Really nice and tasty stuff.

bottle, thanks to kappldav123! Hazy pale strawy yellow, mid-sized fluffy white head. Tart at the beginning, not too sour, though. Shy citrusy hints and a touch of barnyard. Clean and tart.
