A stronger version than the regular lambik, especially brewed to make Marriage Parfait and other stronger ABV lambik blends. This is for the unblended version, so not the assemblage which is already a mixture of young and old lambik, ready for botteling.

Tap at RJ. Only lightly funky, also relatively light sourness. Moderately tart, very lightly acetic. Surprisingly harmonic and easy drinking, even though slightly lacking in carbonation. Body is thin as well. Tasty, very good.

Bag in box at Arrogant Sour Fest 2017. It pours a clean golden color with a minimal white head. Aroma is truly stinky with big mould and pepper and feet notes. Taste is very dry and tart acidic with notes of lemon peel, feet, mould and blue cheese. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, stinky and unique
