Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England
Clear medium amber colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, nutty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, warm citrus hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
Cask Stillage at Edgeley Park, Stockport 03/06/2011
Fruity aroma. Bronze coloured a little rich on the palate and fruity with an apple flavour. A hint of bitterness in a dry crisp and slightly nutty malt finish. chriso (7536) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 21, 2011
Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 2 (beer #17) on 1 December 2010. Amber colour. A middle-of-the-road strongish bitter. Decent mix of earthy hop and nutty, slightly chewy fruit. Decent enough but no particular standouts here.
