A: Pours a slightly hazed golden color with a minimal white head.
S: Very, very spicy and yeasty. I know they were going for the Belgian thing here, but it’s a bit overdone.
T: As with the nose, this one was a bit of a let down. Way too intense in terms of the spice and yeast character, almost completely washing out the malt. Also, there is a fair amount of alcohol presence, which is a bit surprising
M: Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation.
D: This one is a bit too hot and way too spicy for me. I suppose it might work for some, but I won’t be having this one again. Dedollewaitor (16229) - Odense, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2010
