COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Knuckle Sandwich DIPA is an American Style Double IPA. This is a beer that truly lives up to its name! Brewed with copious amounts of North American hops, this Double IPA has a colossal hop profile and an aggressive aroma. Helping round out the floral and citrus notes is a huge malt backbone that provides a great mouth feel to this heavyweight hitter.

Poured a beautiful, clear, amber color from a 22 oz bottle. A medium, frothy head developed and settled to a white film a few minutes later. Light lacing on the glass. The aroma is inviting with pronounced resin, pine, and citrus, but not intense. Taste is very clean, at first lightly sweet, and then the bitter kicks in and grows nicely. Medium body, carbonation thats just right for the style of beer, and a very pleasent, long finish. Definitely on of the better double IPAs Ive sampled.

Deep amber with an off-white head. Aroma is brown sugar, baked pineapple, candied orange peel. Full bodied, sticky mouthfeel, sweet on the palate with a good load of balancing hop bitterness. Taste is candied orange peel, dark toffee, hint of pine, caramel.

Pours a hazy golden brown on tap with thin wispy off-white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of nice hoppy pine notes with a hint of stone fruit and caramel malt. Taste follows, great balance, booze is pretty well hidden. Solid DIPA.

Bottled. Pours hazy deep golden with an average off-white head. Aroma of citrus, peachy notes, apricot, lightly floral and with some caramel too. Sweet flavor that ends up being more dry and solid bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. A very nice DIPA indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

65 cl bottle @ Timo A. Bottled on 16.03.2016.
Pours clear amber color with a small head. Strong resin on the nose, hops, pine needles, malts and caramel. Flavor is sweet resinous hops, caramel, bitter malts, tropical fruits, some pineapple. Slightly on the sweet side but the alcohol is fairly well hidden because of that, I like the heavy bitterness, could be slightly fruitier though, heavy.

22 oz bottle. Bottled on 03/16/2016. Courtesy of olio. Clear bright amber red color with a small tan head. Resiny and sweet pineappley hoppy aroma with sugary sweetness and mild alcohol in the aroma. The flavor is resiny hops, übersweetness, strong maltiness, cookie malt and mild bitterness. Somewhere between DIPA and Barley Wine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An orange amber DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dank floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light sulfur, resinous and complex. In mouth, a nice doughy caramel malt with loads of resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, alcohol warmth, dank musty character, nice. On tap at brewery.
