Bottle. Buttery toffee malt, light alcohol, and fresh hay aroma. Dark amber with moderate head. Moderately sweet nutty toffee malt and moderately bitter quinine/fresh hay flavor. Good body - finishes a bit boozy. Patrickctenchi (6554) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - DEC 13, 2016
Nearly clear, dark amber with a small beige head.
Slightly spicy/woody caramel malt, maybe a little blood orange in the aroma?
Flavour is sweet caramel malt, orange malt, a little pine with a mild citrus-peel bitter.
Bright and lively......
One of the better Ambers I’ve had in a while. thorongil2 (2998) - , Ontario, CANADA - NOV 4, 2016
(Tap) clear, bright, reddish orange Amber with a small beige head; aroma of citrus, cake; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish Oscbert (1296) - Lincoln, California, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Caramel malt aroma with citrusy piney hops.
Pours a clear amber color with small white head.
Malty flavor of bread and caramel with citrusy piney malt. Well balanced flavor.
Medium bodied with medium co2, pleasant smooth bitter finish.
Enjoyable beer. Well balance and easy to drink. Nothing memorable about it though. I could drink a few of these if nothing else was around.

Interesting brew. Malty and bready like an Irish red...but hoppier, and with a bigger body. Then as it warms it becomes creamy on the nose, flavor and feel, which ends up my favorite part.

13th May 2015: on tap in JFAT (Jimmy’s Famous American Tavern) Dana Point, Orange County. Chestnut red and clear, the fast fading head being beige in colour. Malty molasses rule the nose and taste with a chocolate like finish to the treacle/caramel flavours: my sweet tooth like it. BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - MAY 8, 2015

Bomber from Craft Beer Kings. Pours copper with an off-white head. Aroma is treacle/toffee with suggestions of hops. Med body, at least. Flavor is rather hoppy - citrus/pine, accompanied by some nifty thinly treacle malt flavors. It’s all a little thin, but the flavors are robust in combination - was that a contradiction there? Anyway, it’s maltily, hoppily spritely. Making me think of rum and coke. Non sequitur. Tasty drink, but a bit unusual. joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - SEP 20, 2014
22 oz. bomber from Perry’s. It pours a clear amber red color with an orangy head. The aroma is nicely balanced between toasted malt and piney hops. Some background notes of red fruit and syrup. Nice. The flavor is very piney with some caramel and red fruit. Hints of molasses like syrup before a piney bitter finish. Not a bad hoppy red, but kind of underwhelming and a little too sweet.
