Tap @ Bootstrap. Pours a hazy, light yellow appearance with a white head. Dry, pils malty, grassy, light herbal aroma. Grainy, big grassy, dry herbal hoppy, crisp flavor. Solid. onceblind (9442) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 1, 2012
Slightly hazy light golden in color with a thin laceful head. Interesting "old world" aroma of pilsner malts with a bit of that sweet Kolsh-like hops tons, a touch of honey, and a whisper of lavender. Taste was much the same, with honey and pilsner malts dominating with old world hops providing some herbal lavender tones, and light bitterness. Quaffably light but nuanced and flavorful.
