App.: Cloudy golden with a decent dirty white froth.
Aroma: Quite bright, floral, perfumed, spicy, peppery, some earthy coriander, grain/cereal, lots of floral notes, light grape-like fruitiness, touches of bitter green herbals, interesting.
Palate: Medium-ish body, with lively effervescence.
Flav.: Wheat, yeast, dough, earthy coriander, floral perfumed top notes, lemony, a decent Wit with some added flowery punch; dry with little bitterness and a toasted wheat, coriander, citrus, lightly floral finish.
A nice take on a Wit.
A blonde wit with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, nice milkey lavender, orange peels, light cloves, quite nice. In mouth, a nice sweet malt with smooth spices, hoeny fields, and curacao, quite nice. Bottle at Mondiale 2011, June 11 2011. Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 18, 2011
A spectacular white tower is constantly renewed by the volcanic carbonation that inhabits the cloudy gold. Perfumey, flowery, sunny lavender brings you straight to the field, feeling slightly rustic, but used with more generosity than I’d like, but when a beer is called lavender belgian wheat, you can’t expect parcimony. I’m not a huge fan of lavender that I can’t but associate with soap, but the beer is well-brewed indeed if perhaps a bit more effervescent than seems necessary, the beer exploding into a biting foam as soon as it touches the tongue. Otherwise, the wheat feels very fresh and surprisingly feeling, making the beer bready and nourishing all the while being floral and highly aromatic. I can imagine this pairing nicely with food. Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with white haze and a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lavender and coriander with refreshing wheat malt and light orange peel notes. Taste is also a refreshing and complex mix of lavender and coriander with notes of orange peel with some super solid wheat malt. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Very well brewed with great drinkability and some very nice complexity. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 16, 2011

Bottle at Mondiale 2011. This beer was brought out on the last day and got lost in the shuffle, noone ordering it. Decent looking unfiltered blonde beer, nice retention of head and some lace floral novelty. Easy mouthfeel, some yeast, unique tastes tasty, not bad one.
