Belle bouteille par une journe au soleil. Un robe jaune paille translucide. Un nez vineux, lgrement acide de pomme. Une bouche sche qui tombe plat, il ny a pas de rtro-olfaction. Lger got de vin blanc sec. Bien aim.

Bottle (750 ml), shared with family. Hazy orange with a small white head and not much lacing. Aroma is of apples, caramel notes, mild spiciness, light alcohol and hints of funk. Taste is of apple and caramel (but not caramelized apples) with mild spiciness, alcohol notes and moderate funk. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Red apples finish. The Brut tendre was lighter, easier to drink and had a more prominent funk so it was better than this one. Its not bad, but its not something I think I will buy again either as theres nothing that really stands out.

Le plus tendu et le plus sec des 3, avec de beaux amers et une bouche droite et nette. Un cidre de repas.

Bottle - Pours clear deep gold with a ring of white head thats quickly gone. Nose is dry apple, with a bit of oak and funk. A touch of sweetness, but this is mostly dry. Taste is dry apple, white grape, and a mineral, dry apple skin finish. Real wine-like. Medium-thin with medium carbonation.

750ml bottle. 5.5%. Clear deep yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, apple skin, vanilla, slight barnyard. Taste is fresh apple, apple skin, vanilla, butterscotch, white wine, sourish with dry tannins. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied, well carbonated, very dry tart tannic peppery finish. Nicely drinkable.

deep golden colour. aroma is lots of apples, applesauce, bit of old cheese. taste is lots of apples, some wood notes and slight apple acidity for a perfect balance. dense and slick oily mouthfeel, rather soft carbonation. impressive for the low abv, the bottle read 3,5%. bottle 75cl / thanks a lot rood!

This is the best cider ive tasted ever. The aroma is hay, sweet candy apple. The taste is apple, jasmine, flowery notes, sugar, and woody notes. The beauty of this cider lies in his balance. It is marvellous how this cider goes from apple to woody notes. It is one of the best things Ive tasted in my life. The beauty of balance. Bordelet for King!

75cl bottle from Pukka Wines, Shrewsbury. Bottle says 5.5%. Comes in a proper fancy bottle with a nice cork too (which went to the dog as always). Expected a fizzy affair and got it, but a bit too light, clean and fizzy for my tastes. The rosy, juicy fruitiness is there and gives an elegant lift to the glass but its much too subtle for me. Personally I prefer my cider a little rougher round the edges.

Craftmecca (1) - IRELAND - MAR 24, 2014 does not count
This along with the poire granite is one of the best ciders I have ever tasted, this is made with minimal intervention completely natural, A true expression of an apple/pear cold, crunchy & refreshing, My advice is to serve in a small wine glass or Champagne flute with no ice, The ice will make it seem too watery so keep it well chilled in the freezer
