Solid beer! Tap at st Alexandre. Pours clear light orange tons of head and lacing. Nose is fruity and pine. Flavours of earthy bitterness, stone fruit, some pine and some breakfast tea. Taste is medium bitter and light /med sweet. Fullish body somewhat sticky with lively carbonation.

HippyHop (656) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 7, 2014
Pours a cloudy golden orange colour with a bit of sticky head. Nose is caramel, orange and bitter hops. Taste is about the same with caramel and grain leading to a slightly dry, bitter grapefruit finish. It’s a little more sweet than bitter, for an IPA, but still very drinkable. And like all Boreale and St-Ambroise beers, it’s very well-priced.

473 ml can from Drummondville Metro. Pours a lightly hazed orange with average off-white head. Aroma is piney and citric with some caramel. Flavour has slightly spicy resinous hops, some subtler citrus and some caramel in the background. Average to full body. Carbonation on the lighter side. Sticky mouthfeel. Solid IPA.

Some bar: Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is that of tropical fruits, especially a hefty dose of mellow citrus. Some minor aromas in the floral direction. Taste is fruity and a little sweet. It is pretty lightly hopped for an IPA and is not very bitter at all. I was not all that impressed with it, even though it was quite drinkable.

On Draft at M: Big in Montreal. Hazy tawny orange with medium white head and considerable lacing. Aromas of orange and caramel. Tastes of orange peel with a nice caramel backbone. Overall a nice light, fruity, well balanced IPA.

[Draught at Pub St-Alexandre, Quebec City] Pours a hazy copper-gold with an average size semi-lasting bubbly off-white head. Decent lacing. Nice fruity hoppy aroma, resiny and floral -- who knew? Floral C-hop flavour with a long-ish moderate bitter finish.Average to medium bodied. This was a pleasant surprise, I quite liked it.

>> Much smaller volume than expected, paired with poutine. Clear orange, nice cream mousse. Nose is slightly sticky, orange candies. Taste is dusty, salty, papery. Eh, should have gone for the blonde.

Ripe and bitter hoppiness. Super fruity and citrus. Draft at grand bayou. Pretty good. Had this a couple of times and it grew on me
