Shared bottle, courtesy of Cardinal. Amber color with a light tan head. Aromas of malt and caramel. Reminds me of a bitter in aromas. Light flavors of malt and faint grassy hops. Low bitterness.

Très bonne bière, surprenante et un peu sucre. Superieure a la moyenne, vaut l’essaie.

Arcanor (421) - Quebec, CANADA - MAR 8, 2017
341ml bottle. Pour dark reddish with a non lasting white foam. Aroma of caramel and notes of honey. Taste is of light roasted caramel malt and cereal. Medium body and normal carbonation for the style. Medium bitterness and sweet finish. Well done a bit better than it’s "Cuivré" sister.

jice (385) - Grenoble, FRANCE - DEC 23, 2016
Marché de Noël à Grenoble. Légère amertume, petite pointe de caramel. Manque de relief.

Draught: This one pours a fairly clear dark amber color. There was a thin off white head that left some lacing. It has a lighter nose. Malts, caramel and some earthy notes. The taste is good. Caramel malts, earthy notes, a hint of roastiness. Nothing special but a nice beer.

punkska101 (2136) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 12, 2016
Can from local iga grocery A: caramel, candy, slight roasty App: clear dark copper smallish white head t/p: med body with short sweet finish. Moderate carbonation. O: a bit boring and generic but it’s brewed to reach a wider audience and it’s that easy to drink. A nice touch of roastiness is present just a the finish.

vadie (1256) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 8, 2016
Couleur du cuivre avec une petite robe tan. L’arôme est du malt caramel avec un peu de noix et houblon floral. En bouche c’est un peu faible, avec du malt caramel, un peu de noix et un finale légèrement amer.

sudomorph (1181) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 6, 2016
473ml can. Pours a clear caramel with a medium, off white head. Aroma has notes of caramel, slight dark fruits, cola, and mild grassy/earthy hops. Taste is balanced with notes of caramel, cola, slight spice, and traces of dark sugar at the end. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth with dry finish. Overall approachable and satisfying.

AleRider78 (1411) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - APR 10, 2016
Poured a large amount of head, slightly off-white, creamy and foamy. A bit of carbonation. Fair retention and very good lacing. Has a reddish, amber tint in appearance. Light roasted malts and mild hops in aromas. Has somewhat rusty, malted flavours, mildly spiced. Has a bit of a mild tingling, bitter aftertaste and mouthfeel. Pretty darn good.
