Pours amber copper, only a bit of foam. Nose is nice sourish, some cocoa dust, berries. Tastes sour, nice acidity, chocolate, cocoa and by now quite mellow sourness. Reminds me Flanders red a bit. I guess time has done good to this. Body has some bitter chocolate angles, bitter notes, berries. Relatively dry and spicy finish, ends with cocoa dust.

Light brown color. Sour nose, chocolate and strange earthiness. Salt, port, chocolate, kinda interesting but not really what I want.

On tap at Bådin Ølfestival, Bodø. Has a slightly hazy brown colour with a beige head. Aroma of oak, dried fruit, bread, forest floor and balsamico. The flavour is similar and sour with bread, forest floor and leather but also some cigarette. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A fresh but a little strange ale.
