COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Karamell, sviske. Søt karamell i smak. Medium kullsyre. Kort ettersmak

Bottle from Vinbudin, Keflavik. Pours dark amber with a light brown head. Smells fruit cake, raisin, butterscotch, red berries. Tastes plum, raisin, vanilla, chocolate, orange marmelade. Warming alcohol. Creamy mouth feel. A lovely doppelbock.

Really suprising little beer. Great color, great taste of bitternes and sweetnes in balance .Smell is a tad on the sweet side but nothing you don’t expect from a Bock beer. I believe it should get to age on the bottle for somethig like a year before really getting to be judged 100%

Wonderful malty chocolate unriped aroma. Appearence is brilliant, typical bottle conditioned "thick fainting rather fast" head .. colour is dark reddish black. Taste: Rather sweet soft spicy chocolate malt .. brilliant. Palate: lively carb, thick and oily texture, fast finish. This brew will be alot better if stored for 2-4 years. Will buy again :)

big malty aroma, caramelly, some nuts, a bit roasty but also quite doughy. Firm head which dissapeared quickly into nothing. Big sweet tongue. Burning finish. Mos def too young, and also not my style. Good effort and nice to see more high gravity around these places.
