BlackHaddock (8229) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 21, 2018
33cl bottle brought back from Iceland by a friend, thanks Victoria. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 18th April 2018. Slight haze to the golden body, weak and thin white topping. Aroma was a little herbal, a little bread roll soaked in citrus juice. Taste had a citrus leaning with a herbal twist and some light maltiness for sweetness. Hoped it was going to be a bit more exciting to be honest.

Mostly clear golden pour with a thin white head. Aroma is very bready and herbal. Smells like an herbed loaf of bread. Medium bodied. Taste finishes with thyme...lots of thyme. A hint of grain and not much else, just thyme. A little lace present. Very unique beer, but it isn't awful.

(Rating #7998)

330ml bottle. Aroma is fresh and herbal with thyme, citrus and a touch of Thai basil. Taste is equally herbal with thyme, citrus and sweet bready malts. Medium mouthfeel, light carbonation and fresh herbal aftertaste.

Unde (1273) - Helsinki, FINLAND - AUG 30, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2017 Golden yellow, clear looks white small head going to the sides of the glass. Aroma has a lot of thyme, some other herbal notes as well and barley malts. Taste continues with the herbal notes, thyme is well present and barley malts give nice roundness. Somewhat sweet because of the malts but thyme makes this beer quite interesting. Medium full body and medium carbonation.

labeerinthum (1464) - Milano, ITALY - MAY 30, 2017
Bottiglia.

kramer (6990) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 25, 2017
Slightly hazy yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is pale bready malt with a little fruitiness and citrusy spice. The flavor is much the same, light fruitiness, a little yeast, pale malt. Some lingering spice. Light to medium bodied with some yeastiness and soft fizzy carbonation. Ok beer, not all that exciting.

Draught at Taphouse. Hazy golden colored with a medium sized white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, spices, flowers and hops. Fruity flavor of caramel and spices with notes of flowers and hops. Hoppy finish.
