Bottle from Alcostock. BB 29.12.2021 I think, so bottled less than a year ago. So this is the famous lamb shit beer - haven't had it before! Almost jet black with yellowish tan head. Wow, that's a nice smoky - peaty sweet - aroma. Tastes also peaty sweet, roasty, cold coffee with sugar. Tastes kinda like a boubon BA-d stout. Fine but kinda prickly carbonation, heavy body. Very good stuff.

Bottle at Hundholmen, Bodø. The colour is black with a beige head. Smokey aroma of smoked meat, coffee, dark chocolate, sweet licorice and some sheep. The flavour is also smokey with dark chocolate, coffee and burned wood. Has a slick and silky mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, and a light to medium bitterness. Nice smokey touch on this, balanced and roasted as well. sjogro (5403) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - FEB 24, 2018
Tap at Jopenkerk. Dark brown with thin tan head. Massive sweet goats. Slightly dank and meheheheheheh. Sweaty, muddy, hairy, salmiak and lively. Musk. Beaver juice. Ferral glands. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Or like kermis says; like rimming a goat with seaweed. Agreed. Seaweed is what was missing. Maakun (7101) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - FEB 24, 2018
Tap at Jopenkerk. Black with light brown head. Sweet malts and chocolate, light roast, goats, coffee, raw cocoa, sugary. Quite sweet and over medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Nice, but too much goat here for some reason 🐐 alex_leit (5540) - Minsk, BELARUS - FEB 23, 2018

I picked up this bottle at the sterk, in Amsterdam. I decide to try this bottle, the last friday, at home, Lausanne. It is the first beer of this country and I was not disappointed. It is an original imperial stout with a smocked malt, beech wood, bacon, roasted malt, coffee, rather dry and mineral, some vanilla. The taste is really aromatic, as usual a solid black and opaque body, creamy and beige foam, regular carbonation for the style, simply good. 330 ml bottle. Pours black with a full tan head. Aromas of oily chocolate, soy, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of soft smoky malts, dark sugars, vanilla, and rich dark chocolate. Soft and smooth. Very good. MarcoDL (5579) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 26, 2017
Bottle. Black. Aroma of meaty smoke, chocolate, licorice, roasted malt and ash. Taste of meaty smoke, chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, leather and a smokey bitter finish. Delicious. Borresteijn (7692) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 24, 2017
On tap at Uiltje Bar. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, leather, hint of smoke, dark fruits. Flavour is likewise, it’s nice but lacks some depth imho. Medium bodied. Adamsville (439) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 15, 2017
Apparence : Noire, gros col brun crémeux, petite bulles moyennement actives.
