Aroma: It has a rather faint aroma of malt and corn and not too much else
Appearance: This one pours a clear gold color with no head and no lace
Flavor: The flavor is fairly dull like the nose, slightly sweet, with minimal bitterness
Palate: It has a light-medium body, with plus carbonation, and a somewhat watery mouthfeel
The official beer of the Travs! Even if you are a HUGE minor league baseball fan, that’s about as far as the excitement can go on this beer, becuase it just isn’t good. This is basically just a light beer with a faint aroma, flavor, and body. Sadly, it isn’t too much more then just a better Bud Light.
on tap at the Little Rock location pours light gold with a thin white head. Aroma is grassy. Flavor is grainy with pale malts, corn, thin hops, watery overall. Blah. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 27, 2009
Pale yellow white cover. Aroma is corn, and sweet malts. Taste is corn and simple adjunct, nice cream ale. SmellGood (339) - Memphis, Tennessee, USA - JUN 13, 2008
Memphis: May have been great after sweating in the yard or at the Hook Slide Beer Garden but little else. Nothing memorable. Wasted my limited palate on this one. heemer77 (5360) - Urbandale, Iowa, USA - JUN 8, 2008
On tap at the Little Rock location. The body was hazy pale yellow with a white head. The aroma was bready with some bell pepper notes. The taste was light carrots with some black pepper spice. A nasty finish.
