On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a crystal clear, golden-copper colored body with a finger-width, frothy, off-white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a moderate lacing. Aroma is thin caramels with a touch of biscuit, hints of toast, and a light earth. Flavor is better. Lightly sweetened caramels with a touch of biscuit, a light toastiness throughout, touches of fruit, and a light earth. Finishes a bit sweet with a light grassy bitterness and touch of toast before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent Oktoberfest. A bit sweet, but enough of a toast and light grassy bitterness to keep this okay. Not bad. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Orange pour with watery white head and lace. Aroma of light malt with a hinto perfumy hops. Very sweet malt and a tad of perfumy hops. Meidum light body with good carbonation. mojoman (158) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Tap at Nashville. First thing I noticed is that it has some ale characteristics which is odd but not bad. Roasted malt flavor. Lingering aftertaste. Slightly earthy. Perhaps more bitter than traditional okts. Good.

Aroma: The nose has caramel, biscuit, grass, and earth
Appearance: This one pours a copper color with a white head
Flavor: The taste is somewhat sweet, with a nice hop presence to it
Palate: The body is light-medium, and a has a pretty good mouthfeel
It looks like I’m going to be the aberration here, because I thought this was one of the better Oktoberfests that I have had recently. I enjoyed that it was a little more balanced than many other Oktoberfests. Granted, I usually don’t love the style, but I really enjoyed this one, and I was surprised to see the overall score sitting at 38. It is definitely better than that!
Sampled at Franklin location. Hazy orange, thin white head. Aroma of biscuit and caramel. Taste is mild, it’s a bit nutty.... Soft carbonation troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - OCT 8, 2010
[Tap] Pours a clear golden color with a nice cap of white head. The aroma is of cereal grains, biscuit and some grassy hops. The taste is of sweet light malts and relatively high hop bitterness for the style. Not much of a spicy or toasted quality here. The palate is a bit thin. Average carbonation. Overall, not one of their best beers. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 27, 2009
Clear orange, whitish cover. Aroma is caramel, biscuit, sweet. Taste is caramel, sweet malts, light astringency. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - OCT 5, 2008
On tap in Little Rock. Pours a clear golden (not to style) with a small ring of head. Aroma of corn, caramel, and very sweeet. Taste is sweet and caramelly with a bit of fruits. Shar bubbles and a relatively dry mouthfeel. Not bad, but nothing special. JonnyC22 (164) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - SEP 27, 2007
This, again, is not my favorite style, but very good. Nice off white head, good lacing. Nice malty flavor.
