COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Spicy character of the rye malt is a perfect complement to the sweet, aromatic taste of the honey.

Keg @ Boscos, LR. Gold pour with a small head. HUGE popcorn butter nose. God damn do these guys excel at fucking up their beer. Taste isn’t worth mention. Honey and butter for days. Fuck these guys for duping people into paying for this garbage.

Draft in Little Rock. Clear. Right golden color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of sweet, sticky bitter straw. Taste is similar. Hmmm.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2014 On tap at Boscos Squared in Memphis. Pours a golden color with white head. Spicy, grainy, sourdough bread flavors. Another light one, pretty mediocre.

On tap at the brewpub in Memphis, TN. Pours a clear yellow color, thin head. Aroma is malty, honey/sweet. Flavor follows. Sweet malty taste doesn't mix well with how thin it is. I can drink it but not one of their best. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - NOV 7, 2012
On tap at the brewpub in Little Rock, AR. Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow colored body with a thin, frothy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves a light lacing. Aroma is thin honey with a light sweetness, touches of florals, and a hint of rye cracker. Flavor is similar. Thin, lightly sweetened honey with some florals and a hint of crackery rye spice. Slight earthiness towards the end to balance the light honey sweetness before this finishes clean, lightly sweetened, and very lightly spiced. Short aftertaste following a light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, not a bad beer, but pretty unexciting. Lightly sweetened with honey and just enough of a balanced spice. Eh...

ChainGangGuy (4897) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 27, 2012
Appearance: Scantly hazed, very light pale yellow-hued body capped by a thin, whitish head.

Smell: Faint, slim, tenuous malts supported by lightly floral, honey notes.

Taste: Mildly bready malts, mild rye, too. Fairly sweet with a pleasant honey flavor. Sweetness is bucked, albeit gently, but the rye and even less so by the hops and bitterness. Sweetish, semi-dry finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.

Overall: Easy, light, simple, but a fairly pleasing taste.

On tap at the brewpub. Really interesting appearance, nearly looks like mead. Clean and crisp but boring.
