Nashville. Transparent, magnifying pale copper in color with saliva wisps extending from the creamy white wrung. Biscuits and gardenias form the first aromatic impressions, along with some dryer sheets and linen spray, but generally fairly muted. Oily, creamy lay-in. Some citric oranges lighten the orange-flavored toffee hard candy taste. Superbly tasty with a rich caramel and praline proclamation. Herbalness repeats its performance with cottonwood and dandelions. Vegetation outset with clean lemon linen. Draft. Pours brownish red with a wisp of a head. Not much aroma here. Definitely a german influenced malt profile with some sweet caramel and orange notes. Mouthfeel on the lighter side. Tap. Copper pour and a thin white head. Not much in the nose, really hard to pick out anything. Flavor is different however, sweet plum sugars with a nice citrus backdrop. A caramel coated orange with lime zest. Nice graham cracker flavor in the finish.

Medium gold color with a minimal white head.
Malt with little to no hop aroma makes this a far cry from a Bock, but I discussed the brew for some time with the brewmaster and he declined to put a style label on it. It is very much like a lightly malted Oktoberfest fermented with 1056 yeast.
Smooth palate, lightly malty with a clean finish. Well balanced, not overly done in any way and an acceptable brew to have early in the day with lunch as I had it.

Pours copper with thin white head. Floral hop aroma with malt, yeast nose. Bitter hop and malt flavor with yeast and alcohol end. Light to med-bodied.
