UPDATED: JUN 10, 2015 Hazy dark brown color with minimal tan head. Extremely pleasant aroma mostly of roasted malts. Taste is also roasty with some coffee notes, very nice. Only hints of sourness during the finish. Thin body, bit creamy, soft carbonation. Great for a dark lager. (Stella Beer to go 1,0l on tap)

heavy (2911) - Split, CROATIA - NOV 23, 2014
Jun ’14. Finally, a 0.5l bottle at Beertija, Zagreb. It poured clear dark brown body with medium sized head. Dark, almost roasted caramel aroma, unpasteurized hops. Slightly weak but quite nice. Flavor was fine as well, sweetish caramel, biscuit and sugary malt softened its roasted counterpart, mainly coffee. Medium bodied with quite long, coffee dominated finish. Nice, not particularly complex, but it wasn’t meant to be anyway. Easy going, pleasant and tasty schwarz.
