COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In this experiment, we pushed the boundaries of a well-balanced, high gravity, highly hopped IPA, while increasing drink-ability. This Double IPA is brewed and generously dry hopped with Mosiac hops. You’ll find this ale to have a super floral nose, smooth bitterness, with hints of blueberries, mango, and papaya.

Bomber. WOW! Nice lasting head. really amazing. Aroma is tropical, pineapple mango tangerine. Flavors are all the same. Has a hop bite on the back. For me this is the perfection of an IPA or DIPA. Thick on tongue. Nothing is wrong with this beer. Really nothing! Aroma doesn’t fade. One sip and you are taken back to the west coast where the art of brew is phenomenal. This shows what mosaic can do! It is the hop of all hops.

On draft at Bottle Logic. The pour is a darker golden orange with a thin ring of white head that leaves a good amount of lace. The aroma is compelx tropical fruits and a lot of hope with a resounding maltiness. There is a sweetness on the back end. The flavor is bitter hops and citrus. There is a strong maltiness that cuts it, but I’m not a fan of that in my IPAs. The mouth feel is thicker and a little syrupy with a softer carbonation and a lingeringly sweet and bitter hop. Not terrible
