marcus (10976) - Sacramento, California, USA - FEB 18, 2018
Bottle consumed at Cap Tap. Pours dark brown with a pink-tinged tan head and a chocolate and raspberry aroma. There is a full-bodied dark molasses flavor with some delicious raspberry and a chocolate finish. Nice warm bourbon trail.

Draft at Mon Petit Cafe, Stuttgart. Aroma is chocolate with raspberries, some vanilla. Taste is sweet, strong raspberry jam, cocoa, wood, vanilla. Intense, some fresh notes of tart raspberries, seems like it could age a bit more.

UPDATED: NOV 25, 2017 500 ml bottle shared with Tmoney99 and the Dutch's crew. Pours dark brown to black in color with reddish highlights and a small tan head. The aroma and flavor have big chocolate covered raspberry, light roast, decadent dessert type beer, like all the others the balance is spot on, I have not been disappointed by anything from Bottle Logic.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2017 Bottle from alexsdad06. Poured a black color with an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted chocolate, berry and wood aroma. Heavy toasted chocolate malt and complex alcohol flavor with a heavy dark sweet and small alcohol bite finish of long duration. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a standout beer.

haukur (2144) - Kópavogur, ICELAND - OCT 28, 2017
on tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration Boston. Pitch black, wet bourbon notes. Too much raspberries. Otherwise fine

ctipping (2299) - Florida, USA - OCT 9, 2017
500 mL bottle. Black body. Smells of nutty malts, oak, chocolate, raspberry, and bourbon. Tastes very sweet. Sweet fudge with a sharp raspberry backdrop. Builds into a tart fruit flavor. Barrel is less intense. Bourbon in the aftertaste more than anything. Heavy and sweet. Not bad but not something I need more than a thimble of.
