UPDATED: JUL 21, 2014 Had at the Great Arkansas Beer Festival 2014. This is a re-rate from having had it a couple years ago. Pours a slightly hazy orangeish yellow. Some grapefruit and citrus on the nose. Yeasty. Decent beer.

Draft. Pours clear golden with creamy caking white head. Smell is grains and light esters, but clove and gum. Taste is well weird. On a bad way. Nose was pleasant but didn’t translate. Some butter and cream creep in with creamed corn and minor eatery notes.

12oz bottle 7/20/13 (Judicious Spirits-Mountain Home AR)-36° in Hurricane Glass-Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of grass, yeast, grains, and slight hops. Taste of yeast, grains, hay, hops, and citrus. This light to medium bodied is well balanced and IMO a nice brew.

Bottle: The aroma consists of honey, apple, light citrus, and a hint of clove. It pours a transparent gold with a small white head that quickly fades to a thin ring around the edges of the glass. There is minimal lacing left on the sides of the glass. The flavor starts with honey, Belgian yeast, light citrus, and fruit. The finish has light apple along with some hints of clove. It’s light -medium bodied with moderate-lively carbonation. At times, the carbonation can be a bit prickly. Overall, a pretty average Belgian Ale.
