Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist Glass; from the fridge.
The beer got a funny name (basically named The Bitch), but she’s as her name meant : bitchy. Nor a great aroma nor palate, I was very dissapointed with the taste, light malt and fruity.

Robe blonde. Nez houblonné et fruité, assez basique. Bouche souple et fruitée mais qui manque un peu d’ampleur et de complexité. Bière assez basique BlackHaddock (7583) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - FEB 21, 2016
33cl bottle at home on 21st Feb 2016. Poured into a Westmalle Trappist chalice, golden pour, clean and clear until I allowed the sediment to leave the bottle and churn up the body of the beer. The head that was building into a large white dome soon died once the grist left the bottle. Fruity and yeasty nose with a malty base. The taste was also malt laden, fruity and fairly yeasty in nature. OK, but not one of the better Belgian beers I have had the pleasure of drinking over the years. altonbrownd (5897) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - SEP 23, 2015

Clear deep blond beer, creamy white head, little stable. Aroma: pretty spicy, sweet, overripe banana, honey, floral, sweet. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, hoppy, very yeasty, green banana. Aftertaste: banana, yeast, little sour, funky, green, sour finish.
Thanks to tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Tim needs to get rid of his ticks” Tasting. Enjoyed together with tderoeck, Benzai & Alengrin. Clear golden, little white head. Nose is sweet, soap, chemical,… Taste is soap, chemicals, nasty, fizzy, esters, floral,… High. Carbonation. Unpleasant, I associate nothing nice with the Bouillon name. Bottle @ home. Clear orange golden color, average sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, some sweetness, a slight hint of apple, lightly yeast. Taste malts, lightly yeast, again a slight hint of apple or applepeel, lightly bitter. Decent body, medium carbonation. Ok beer, but one of so so many. Alengrin (5639) - BELGIUM - AUG 27, 2014
Another commissioned Bouillon beer, "la bière des joyeux Drilles", with very thick rocky head captured after strong gushing, off-white and stable; orangey amber colour, cloudy. Fruity nose of melon, apricot, grapefruit, peppery hops, vanilla, barnyard, wet straw, coriander, cheesy hops. Assertively fruity onset with light citrus touch on a soft caramelly and nutty malt base, coriander, drying, long peppery hop bitterness in the finish. One of the better Bouillons I had so far.
