UPDATED: NOV 7, 2014 33cl, exclusive brew, from De Hopduvel Gent, not complex brew, yet easy to drink, not balanced, cloudy, good head, nothing special ekstedt (6773) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JUN 17, 2011

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a huge fluffy white head - over carbonated. The aroma has notes of coriander, orange peal, wheat, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon peal, coriander, wheat, and yeast, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33cl bottle at home on 21st Feb 2016. Poured into a Westmalle Trappist chalice, golden pour, clean and clear until I allowed the sediment to leave the bottle and churn up the body of the beer. The head that was building into a large white dome soon died once the grist left the bottle. Fruity and yeasty nose with a malty base. The taste was also malt laden, fruity and fairly yeasty in nature. OK, but not one of the better Belgian beers I have had the pleasure of drinking over the years. Bottle of 33cl, in a Trappist Glass; from the fridge.
The beer got a funny name (basically named The Bitch), but she’s as her name meant : bitchy. Nor a great aroma nor palate, I was very dissapointed with the taste, light malt and fruity.

Clear deep blond beer, creamy white head, little stable. Aroma: pretty spicy, sweet, overripe banana, honey, floral, sweet. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, hoppy, very yeasty, green banana. Aftertaste: banana, yeast, little sour, funky, green, sour finish.
Thanks to tderoeck! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Tim needs to get rid of his ticks” Tasting. Enjoyed together with tderoeck, Benzai & Alengrin. Clear golden, little white head. Nose is sweet, soap, chemical,… Taste is soap, chemicals, nasty, fizzy, esters, floral,… High. Carbonation. Unpleasant, I associate nothing nice with the Bouillon name.
