Mo-Jo: 1: A magic spell or charm; magical power; 2. Herbaceous ale that summons hop attacks.

Pale in color but packed with flavor, MoJo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop adds a slight citrus flavor to an ultra-crisp dry finish.

Hazy orange pour with thin head. Very restrained aroma with a hint of citrus. Slightly bready/apricot malts upfront and a pleasant bitter finish. Nice but not memorable.

12 ounce bottle. Some citrus aromas and pale golden in color. Taste is not over hopped and a little after bite on the palate. You get the India Pale Ale profile, just not crazy hopped which makes this drinkable. Overall this is above average for style

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Cigarette City. Appearance is slightly hazy pale orange with greenish tinge, light sparkle, minimal white fizzy head with poor retention, and fair sudsy lacing. Aroma is caramel malt, musty, earthy hops, citrus background. Taste is more sweet malts than bitter earthy hops but a balance. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, this was more pale ale than IPA with malt dominance but this was also a little elderly so that may have skewed things.

BB backlog, Bottle, pours a clearish golden orange with larger white head. Notes of orange and pine hops with some biscuit and caramel sweet malting in the back end. Medium bodied with a crisp finish. Its a little bland and sweet overall. Needed more grapefruit and lemon lime from the amarillo

skmikeg (1822) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 31, 2016
pours orange with one finger white head. Aroma is of citrus (a lot of tangerine), pine, grass, bready malts, and some light tropical fruits. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi creamy mouthfeel and a semi dry, semi-moderately bitter, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty solid, pretty hoppy IPA.

Tap, nitro pour. Hazy medium gold-copper with a nitro head. Nose of pine, oranges, grapefruit. Sweet and malty, apricots, a bit stale. Nitro really doesnt work.

$3.99/six pack (plus sales tax) @ Chevron route 66 West (just off the turn to Woodlands) in Flagstaff AZ. Pours amber clear with minimal to no head. Nose is orange (peel?), herbaceous - very nice. Orange and grapefruit dominates the attack in palate, very subtle bitterness (hardcore bitter IPA fans wont appreciate it). Very nice, subtle and balanced IPA. A go to...

Draught @ Five Mile Stone. Faintly cloudy dark orange with smallish white foamy head, light bread aroma, low carbonation, lightly bitter taste with tangerine flavor, smooth body, longish finish. Very tasty and enjoyable.
