On tap at Old Chicago Thornton poured a clear amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, light earthiness and light fruittiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Pours a light gold with minimal foam. Smells lightly hopped with hints of sweetness. Tastes a little too much like a macro-brew, but is a decent esb, with a good balance of hops and malts.
