COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our twist on the traditional american porter, Shake chocolate porter is black in color with rich, dark chocolate aromatics and flavors and subtle coffee-like notes. This unique brew blends five different grains, including Chocolate Wheat, that along with cacao nibs create a devilishly delicious chocolate finish with a velvety mouth feel.

On nitro. Huge, rich aroma of chocolate, light creamy mouthfeel from the nitro. Appropriately named, big notes of chocolate, light on the roast, sweet & easy to drink.

On tap @ District Tap House. This has to be a nitro. At lest theres a really good looking nitro creamy beige head on this. The beer itself is dark dark brown and impossible to see through. It smells nothing else than chocolate cakes. Wow! Like smelling a chocolate cake straight from the fridge. Never had that much chocolate in a beer before, or at least that I can remember. Brownies. This is absolutely an amazing amazing aroma. Totally wild. What an amazing tasting beer this is. Theres oh so much chocolate cake and brownies in this. A ton of mocha coffee also. Its nitro mild and almost velvety on the texture really smooth. It tastes like you want a chocolate glaze to taste. Absolutely fantastic! Totally sold on this one. 13.06.2015

12 oz bottle. The clear dark reddish brown body is nearly black and opaque in the glass. A thick beige head exhibits very good retention and leaves attractive lacing. Aroma: lots of dark chocolate and dark bread in the nose. Flavor: Rich and lightly sweet. Featuring cocoa nibs and dark chocolate with a solid dark bread base. Faint coffee appears in the aftertaste. Feel: Creamy smooth, near full body with soft, medium carbonation. Approaches 5. Overall: a fine chocolate porter.

Bottle to snifter. Nose is huge chocolate and cocoa powder. Milky. Very inviting. Pours nearly black with brown to red highlights. Small light tan head. Taste is milky chocolate with a light dark cocoa bitterness to it to balance a solid, creamy, but never cloying mouthfeel. Damn good.
